The Head Boat Model is ideal for those long canyon fishing trips for tuna, swordfish, and tile fish. With an overall height of just over 27” it allows the holder to rest perfectly above the side rails on hull boats. With the welded angle rail guard that allows the rod holder to rest against the railing so your rod and holder stays straight out. Allowing you to be able to take a break when needed. Plus the two Velcro strips that attach the angle rail guard to the railing you don’t have to worry about the rod holder bouncing out on rough waters or turning the holder when a fish runs sideways. The back eyelet allows you to easily clip a Lanyard from the rod holder to your reel so you don’t ever have to worry about losing your rod.
